- Registration is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis via online registration, email, over the phone, fax, or in person at the studio
- Confirmation of registration will be emailed to each family within 5 business days.
Method of Payment Policies
- ViBE accepts Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, or Cash.
- All NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
- Clients will be notified of any declined credit card payments and we request a timely response.
Withdrawals & Refunds
- There is a $50 non-refundable deposit per class to secure your child’s spot in the class, which is included in our tuition fee.
- To withdraw from a class, you must notify ViBE before February 1st and you will receive a refund.
- Tuition fees may not be transferred to other dancers or between dance seasons.
- If a dancer is unable to dance due to injury or illness, please provide a current doctor’s note and ViBE will determine a refund accordingly.
